Detailed Itinerary

This 4-hour tour runs twice a day: in the morning at 9:00 a.m. and in the afternoon at 1.00 p.m.

We pick up all participants from their hotels or simply meet at our down town office. After  a 20-minute transfer out of town and changing into the kayaking clothes and a brief introduction on how to use the kayaking equipment and kayaking itself, you are ready to take off. Directly in front of the city center you will be kayaking on the Strait of Magellan. Pass old docks that today are home to cormorants and other sea birds, continue towards the port and later to old ship wrecks that a long time ago were put ashore by a big storm. If the weather is on your side, go for a quick detour to a small sea lion colony, where these interesting marine mammals are dazing in the sun on a buoy. The total kayaking time is about two hours. Return to your hotel just after 13:00 noon/ 5:00 p.m.
